Job description

Adecco is collaborating with a globalized cyber security software vendor with over 3 decades of heritage in assisting their clients to strengthen their cyber security capabilities.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for 80% farming and 20% hunting for the respective country territories assigned to you..

The Job:

  • Manage relationship with assigned distributors, leveraging on knowledge of their business & operating markets
  • Acting as the single POC and provide required support for the distributors
  • Yearly distributor business plan and key development targets preparation for the territory
  • Performing regular cadence with distributor on performance
  • Contract management and resolution of any outstanding issues
  • Ensure correct and timely invoicing and management of receivables
  • Closely partner with marketing:
    • Specify and analyze market data for assigned territories
    • Create and develop campaigns to drive sales
    • Analyze market intelligence reports
    • Planning and tracking of Market Development Funds usage per territory
  • Develop and execute marketing programs together with channel partners to build the company brand and generate qualified leads
  • Development of new strategic accounts, relationships, public presentation at events
  • Collaborate closely with technical sales team to provide training and education on company products to the partner and their resellers
  • Comprehend the competitive landscape of endpoint security market in assigned territories
  • Helping with reseller/partner recruitment to position non-core AV products (
  • Other duties as assigned


The Talent:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree [Major in Com Science, IT, or related fields]
  • 2-5 years of Cybersecurity industry sales/business development/account management experience
  • Have good interpersonal relationship building ability, excellent logical thinking ability and achievement orientation consciousness, can work under high pressure, diligent and motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
