Lead efforts to expand market presence across Asia Pacific using licensed IPs and character assets.
Promote and sell IP-based content and characters to both existing clients and new prospects.
Provide administrative assistance and hospitality support for visiting clients and business guests.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
Proactively gather and respond to feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Carry out general administrative and support tasks as directed by supervisors or senior management.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the toys, licensing, or entertainment sectors.
Willingness to travel across APAC countries at least once a month.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
