Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive in new sales acquisition and expanding of clientele base.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively identify and generate new leads and opportunities.
• Manage and follow through the entire sales process.
• Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients.
• Provide quality after-sales services.
• Attend to client's feedback/complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level, with at least 2 years of working experience in sales.
• Previous experience in related field/service industries will be an added advantage.
• Possess valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Sales driven and results oriented.
• Have excellent customer service attitude, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Bilingual/multi-lingual will be an added advantage.
