Responsibilities
- Exceeding Sales Targets: Consistently exceed revenue goals for assigned accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and align them with our product offerings.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to drive sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Sales Funnel Development: Build and maintain a robust sales funnel showing consistent growth and delivering steady sales outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and other internal departments to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new solutions, applications, and technologies in the field.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent education.
- 5-8 years of applicable Sales/Account Management experience.
- Familiarity with A&D ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Digital and RF/Microwave background is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage existing customers and cultivate new accounts.
- Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements.
- Successful candidates will have a passion for continuous learning and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Sound business judgment with organization & negotiation skills.
- Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
