Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to lead our social media strategy and client relationships. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring their success, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance campaign performance and drive client success.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to align with client expectations.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative, design, and internal strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal meetings to relay client feedback and align on project deliverables.
  • Oversee the production of content calendars, reminders, and task assignments for design teams.

Project & Performance Management:

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Implement workflow automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing or social media agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using project management and workflow tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with managing client relationships in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver innovative solutions.
