Account & HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account & HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Stonrich Pte Ltd, a leading provider of accounting and business services in the Jurong West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, payroll, and human resources functions, playing a vital part in the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

• Prepare and process payroll, including the calculation of salaries, deductions, and tax payments.

• Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel files.

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Support the HR function by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and HR regulations and standards.

• Provide administrative support to the management team as required.

What we're looking for

• Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar account and HR executive role, preferably in the Accounting industry.

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and HR information systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
