Your Impact
As an Account Executive - Services Sales, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how Cisco’s premium services are utilized by top Enterprise customers. You will engage with key stakeholders, formulate strategic sales plans, and lead initiatives that unlock new opportunities. This role offers the excitement of closing high-impact deals and the satisfaction of driving customer success.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from individual contributors to C-suite executives through ethical sales practices and regular interactions.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed quota targets and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Resource Utilization: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic service solutions, optimizing the use of Cisco's extended services resources.
- Solution & Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to sell Cisco’s service offerings, addressing unique business challenges and strategic objectives.
- Negotiation & Procurement: Navigate procurement processes, negotiate pricing, and manage margins in alignment with customer needs and Cisco's terms.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the tech sales space.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing business.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning and account management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build influential relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and build consensus.
- Familiarity with Cisco's product and service offerings is a plus.
