About The Team

We are hiring an Account Executive – Medium Enterprise in Singapore to join our ASEAN sales team to build and grow our market presence in the enterprise SaaS space. This team drives innovation and finds it rewarding to help our customer grow their business using HR and finance transformation. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workday’s growth. They are a team of hardworking individuals who play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud.

About The Role

The role of an Account Executive - Medium Enterprise Workday is to expand our coverage with net new enterprises in Singapore, by seeking value adding opportunities to adopt other Workday solutions. Our customers are increasingly becoming aware of the added benefits of transitioning legacy HR and Finance solutions to the cloud. Coupled with a well resourced cross functional customer facing team, you have everything you need to create positive outcomes for your customers and build strong revenue growth for yourself, your team and Workday.

You will place Workday’s products as the enterprise application of choice by understanding the competitive landscape and customers' needs.

Your key focus areas include:

  1. Drive sales cycle through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  2. Nurture mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  4. Provide support for marketing activities and events.

About You

A stellar Account Executive whom consistently exceeds company sales quota, selling enterprise cloud solutions to new customers.

  1. You possess an outstanding track record of success! We’re going to want to know your quota attainment numbers as past success is a strong indicator of future success.
  2. You live by a set of values that align with our own (make sure you look them up). We’re a value based organisation, and we truly believe that exceptionally successful sales professionals can also be phenomenal humans.
  3. ERP/ HCM/ Finance/ Planning or SaaS experience are good to have.
  4. Fast learner whom quickly understand the fundamental differences and benefits of an on-demand/Cloud/SaaS architecture as an alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
  5. Experience leading a team through sophisticated, strategic, sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.
