Job Description:

• Keeping full sets of accounts
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for all General Ledger accounts
• Inventory Management e.g. stock code creation, inventory adjustments
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Execute Hyperion reporting
• Prepares VAT reconciliation
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties e.g. external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax agents where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filings and reporting requirements per corporate and statutory guidelines
• Assist in finance ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Diploma in Accounting
• At least 3-5 years of fullset account experience
