Account Executive I Up to 4k

Job Scopes:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in sectors like real estate, smart offices, data centers, and public infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, building managers, system integrators, and consultants.
• Promote and sell DeltaFrontier’s solutions, including NeoAccess (facial recognition), NeoGuest (visitor management), NeoGreeting (AI receptionist), Xwerk (smart workspace), and integrated security solutions.
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and site assessments tailored to client needs.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on AIoT, video surveillance, and smart building trends.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and report activities to management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in CCTV/surveillance, physical security, IoT, smart building, or enterprise software.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a solution-based sales approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with AI video analytics, access control systems, and building automation is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
