Account Executive
Job description
- Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare customized monthly financial reporting;
- Prepare GST report for quarterly submission;
- Perform monthly payroll processing and analyze the fluctuation;
- Prepare and review the individual tax clearance (e.g., Form IR21 and IR8A);
- Prepare financial statements for compliance purposes;
- Liaise with the auditors to ensure the timely completion of the audit;
- Prepare yearly reporting in XBRL format;
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
- Good time management skills and able to perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible, with an inquisitive mind and a strong willingness to learn and take on new finance-related tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems, particularly QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a must.
