Account Executive

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts
• Perform inter-company billings
• Management reporting
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Closing of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly accounts
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Head of Department (HOD)
• Perform payroll calculations and transactions including CPF
• Assist with audit completion and handling auditor queries when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
• Positive personality & disposition, with good working attitude
• Meticulous and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work at S589622 on fully office based arrangement
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm.
