Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key the invoices by allocating to the proper general ledger and cost centres
2. Key the journal entries and allocate them correctly
3. Key customer payments
4. Prepare payment to suppliers and employees for their travel expense and transfer the wire to the bank
5. Post the expense accounts of employees by allocating to the proper general ledger and cost centres
6. Check, control and justify all the supplier accounts
7. Check, control and justify all the customer accounts (through aged balance for example)
8. Check the accuracy of the income statement
9. Check, control and justify some balance sheet accounts
10. Ensure all the mandatory tax declarations to be done locally respecting the legal deadlines
11. Manage the accuracy of the accruals
12. Manage the intercompany reconciliation
13. Manage the accountancy of the inventories (including write offs)
14. Manage the incoterms adjustments
15. Monitor projects involving capital investments
16. Calculate sales commissions for subsidiaries
17. Responsible for the general accounting for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account
18. Responsible for the auxiliary accounts (suppliers, customers) for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account
19. Responsible for accounting for the fixed assets
20. Responsible for cost control and for the monthly closing of accounts in local and IFRS standards
21. Analyze production costs and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.
22. Provide auditors with audit schedules
23. Justify the main restatements on the closing of accounts

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in accounting or its equivalent
2. 2 years of relevant experience
3. Proficient in MS Office application
4. Candidate without experience are welcome to apply.
