About the Role

Epic Dialogue, an award-winning Social-led Marketing Agency, is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Account Executive to support the growth of our diverse client portfolio across the travel, government, and tech sectors.

This is a base salary + commission role, ideal for someone eager to deepen their skills in marketing account servicing while building confidence in client relationship management and contributing to business development.

Compensation: Base salary from $2,400 + commission structure (On-Target Earnings up to $4,500-$6,000/month).

You’ll collaborate closely with agency leads to drive day-to-day execution, campaign coordination, and client communications, with real opportunities to learn, grow, and earn.

This is a performance-driven role, with the opportunity to earn commission on upsells and new accounts you independently identify and close.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Support in identifying and qualifying new leads through outreach, LinkedIn research, and event follow-ups.
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and case studies to present agency capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the Agency lead to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow-up system.
  • Contribute to upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

2. Client & Account Management

  • Assist in managing client communications and keeping project stakeholders updated.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and help prepare strategy documents, timelines, and client-facing materials.
  • Build rapport with clients and help translate their goals into actionable marketing briefs.

3. Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate the execution of social media campaigns, influencer activations, and digital content with the creative and content teams. Track project timelines, manage quotation requests, and liaise with vendors and production partners.
  • Ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and aligned with brand standards.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital tools to offer innovative recommendations.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced agency environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, eager to grow your client management skills, and ready to be part of a team that values creativity, ownership, and results.

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in account servicing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination (agency background preferred).
  • A solid understanding of social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and content production.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in both client and project management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital analytics, or content planning platforms is a plus.
