- Handle Account Payable, Account Receivable and report to Directors on AR listing
- Answer customer phone calls & reply to client emails
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Prepare Giro and cheque payments
- Follow up closely with outstanding collections
- Check daily bank statements
- Issue debit notes and credit notes
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bilingual.
- Must possess at least basic accounting knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
