Job Description

  • Handle Account Payable, Account Receivable and report to Directors on AR listing
  • Answer customer phone calls & reply to client emails
  • Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Prepare Giro and cheque payments
  • Follow up closely with outstanding collections
  • Check daily bank statements
  • Issue debit notes and credit notes

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Bilingual.
  • Must possess at least basic accounting knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
