Account Assistant (West, MNC 5 days work)

Job Description:

• Our client is a well-known MNC in the Metal industry.
• Stable work environment with career progression.
• 5 days work week.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Assist in maintaining the company’s set of books.
2. Assist in performing month and year-end closing.
3. Monitor closely on collections.
4. Monthly bank reconciliation of cash book for all banks.
5. Issue payment vouchers & cheques.
6. Maintain proper filing for all documents.
7. Check and verify all suppliers' invoices.
8. Monitor and track closely to ensure the completeness of all documents.
9. Perform MIGO.
10. Any other duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements, education, experience, and skills:

1. LCCI Higher Level / GCE A Level / Diploma.
2. Minimum of 1 year working in a similar field.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge in SAP.
