Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Data entry of all invoices/receipts into accounting system
  2. Work closely with outlets to ensure daily invoices and documents are submitted timely
  3. Maintain proper and up-to-date filing of documents
  4. Record and apply outgoing and incoming payments accurately into systems
  5. Prepare payroll, overtime calculation and incentive payment
  6. Familiar with Xero and Quickbooks accounting system
  7. Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  8. Be able to communicate in Mandarin with outlets staff
  9. Must have at least 2 years account assistant working experience
  10. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Note: Hybrid Work from Home. There will be regular monthly meeting via Zoom.
