Job Description
Liaise with owners/charterers on payments and invoices, monitor and track outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
Reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
Allocate cash/credits to invoices and debtors and prepare interoffice collection reports.
Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders related to credit control.
Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly.
Enter fixture slips into the invoicing system.
Support the Credit Controller or Head of Finance with ad hoc tasks as required.
