Job Description

• Liaise with owners/charterers on payments and invoices, monitor and track outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Allocate cash/credits to invoices and debtors and prepare interoffice collection reports.
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders related to credit control.
• Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly.
• Enter fixture slips into the invoicing system.
• Support the Credit Controller or Head of Finance with ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, tactful, and meticulous.
• No prior experience required.
