Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set of accounts, prepare management accounts
  2. Liaise with external auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
  3. Preparation of cashflow
  4. Manage Payments to suppliers
  5. Fund Request and Intercompany reconciliations
  6. Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  7. GST and Tax preparation
  8. Financial reporting
  9. Stocktake
  10. Tax matters including submission of estimated chargeable income (ECI)
  11. Adhoc reporting and other tasks that will be assigned in related to the job
  12. Material Price Variance Analysis
  13. Cost analysis – Inventory Revaluation to update costs for new items/raw materials and for price adjustments

Payroll:

  1. Work with HR on Online Bank Payment for staff salary
  2. Assist in statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS tax submissions)

Administrative/Maintenance:

  1. Handle Petty Cash
  2. Purchase of miscellaneous items e.g. stationeries, grocery
  3. Other ad-hoc activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in full set of accounts
  • Strong knowledge in SAP Business One and any other ERP system (i.e. MS Navision, etc.)
  • Familiar with Inventory Control & Costing Report
