Job description

Account Duties

  1. Handle daily accounting operational functions
  2. Responsible for AR & AP functions
  3. Assist & perform month end and year end closing with schedules: FA, Prepayment, Accruals, HP
  4. Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transactions
  5. Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
  6. Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
  7. Oversee submission of tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  8. Maintain up-to-date financial analysis and reporting
  9. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
  10. Provide administrative support to the Financial Manager as needed.
  11. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  1. Higher-Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
  3. Candidates with strong AR & AP experience will have an added advantage
  4. Conversant in Microsoft Excel
  5. Knowledge in QuickBooks
