Job description

Account Assistant Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail, etc.).
  2. Issue customer account statements.
  3. Perform AP/AR function.
  4. Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
  5. Send reminders and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
  6. Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
  7. Match/Check Delivery Order/Purchase Order/Tax Invoice.

Required Skill(s)

  1. Candidate must possess minimum LCCI diploma;
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred;
  3. Excellent time management and organization skills;
  4. Proficient in MS Office is a must;
  5. Proactive and mature working attitude;
  6. Ability to communicate with our customers/suppliers.
  7. Able to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturday off.
