Jobs Descriptions:
As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the clients' full sets of accounts, from purchase, sales, and cash journals to the general ledgers and management reports. You may be assigned to different working places at the client's office when required. Therefore, being an outspoken person and willing to travel independently to the client's office is preferable.
You will also be preparing GST reports, schedules, and any other reports required by the clients and/or the authorities before the due dates. These are some of the key duties you will be doing.
You have to cover some other secretary roles, admin, and ad-hoc duties as when required. It is a great learning opportunity for you to handle the clients.
