Account Assistant
Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day to day checking of delivery orders for purchase/sales
- Assist in scanning of documents for purchase/delivery orders
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, inventory functions
- Attend monthly stock take on a rotation basis
- Prepare balance sheet, inventory, and expenses sheet
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC Certificate in Accounting
- 1 year of related working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Resourceful and a good team player
