About the role

We are seeking a talented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ecasa Studio Pte Ltd, located in the Paya Lebar East Region. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for bookkeeping and small practice accounting.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, record and bank-in receipts on a daily basis
• Match receipts to invoices and apply out in the system
• Print and circulate monthly statement of accounts with reminders and follow up
• Prepare & GST Submission
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare related journals, schedules and reconciliations
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, GL & Fixed Assest schedule.
• Perform day-to-day accounting transactions including payment processing, inter-billings, commission etc.
• Other duties as assigned HR Functions

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in accounting or finance, or a willingness to undertake further training
