Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of accounts.
Assist in filing and organizing financial paperwork.
Process and file necessary financial paperwork, including receipts, invoices, expenses, journals, and credit notes.
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Provide support for external audits as required.
Inventory Management:
Assist in inventory management including updates and reports of incoming and outgoing stocks, forecasting, and availability for sale and storage requirements to ensure accurate tracking.
Assist in inventory purchase orders, bank documents, and shipping documents.
Assist in various ad hoc tasks assigned by management, the inventory team, and the Head of Finance Department.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of finance or accounting principles.
1-2 years of relevant administrative work experience.
Candidate with a Diploma Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred.
