Responsibilities:

1. Update Accounts Receivable (AR) Worksheets - inputs daily invoices and receipts
2. Maintain daily cash/bank book
3. Responsible for the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting including AR ageing and sales related reports
4. Generate and update statements email to customers
5. Liaise with customers regarding Monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA), follow up on overdue accounts
6. Prepare journal entries for Accounts Receivable (AR) related matters in month-end closing
7. Work closely with sales and service teams to resolve all issues pertaining to progress claims, invoices, and collection matters
8. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
9. Assists with HR daily attendance record
10. Assists with HR leave record
11. Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Accounts Payable (AP) Responsibilities:

1. Assist in data entry of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments
2. Maintain daily cash/bank book
3. AP monthly payment (cheque/giro/TT) and payment vouchers
4. Manage Petty Cash - daily claims and month end reconciliations
5. Monthly Bank reconciliations
6. Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
7. Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum LCCI / Diploma in accountancy.
2. Self-motivated, meticulous & committed individual who can multi-task and work with little supervision under tight deadlines.
3. Proactive and positive working attitude.
4. Proficient in Ms Office and Excel.
5. 5 days work.
6. Yearly Performance Bonus.
7. Office located at Tampines, Opposite IKEA & Giant.
8. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
9. Health Insurance for doctor & hospital.
10. After 6 months confirmation will get 14 days annual leave.
