Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare financial records (general ledger, AP, and AR)
  2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly management account (P&L and Balance Sheet) & Yearly Budget
  4. Staff Claim Processing: Prepare staff claims with its supporting documents and check with the claim policies.
  5. Send email reminder chaser and Statement of Account to customers
  6. Manage payroll functions (Monthly Salary, CPF, submission)

Requirements:

  1. A Diploma or higher qualification in Account
  2. Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience
  3. Knowledge in XERO Accounting will be an added advantage
