Ensure compliance with applicable organization policies, processes, and procedures, contributing to the execution of strategies and oversight of programs.
Oversee procedures to ensure that incoming materials, including raw materials and commodities, comply with company policies and processes.
Manage investigations related to materials nonconformity with cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary contact to review and follow up on documentation and activities.
Prepare, maintain, and facilitate review of the GMP documentation.
Coordinate site supplier quality issues, audit assessments, and subsequent follow-up actions.
Support global supplier quality team initiatives or other site improvement projects.
Perform review/audit of Incoming material inspection packages, which includes receiving, sampling, and testing compliance.
Support the Supervisor to analyze and review performance measurements of the Supplier Quality Management business processes.
Provide QA oversight for materials reduced testing programs.
Responsible for providing relevant quality metrics reporting in Quality Management reviews.
Lead, coordinate, and drive cross-functional teams/projects where necessary.
Provide support for regulatory inspections (where necessary) without impacting daily operations.
Promote and follow safety work practices in the workplace.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by positively managing internal and external relationships.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma/degree in related science fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality is preferred.
Able to start immediately/within a short notice period.
Working Hours
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
