As a proactive and organized data specialist, you will be part of the data project team to work with HR and IT stakeholders to execute the data migration and transformation processes in the HR platform transformation project.

You will facilitate the data preparation such as data mappings, transformation and validation efforts to ensure the smooth migration of valuable HR data into the new Workday platform.

Work effectively in a complex, global, fast-paced matrixed environment, filled with tight deliverable timeframes and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Together with the project team, conduct and support comprehensive HR data mapping analysis between existing HR systems and target system.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processes.
• Lead data transformation efforts with HR teams, ensuring data integrity, consistency, compliance with organizational and project standards.
• Work with the project team to develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules and migration processes.
• Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficiency and performance.
• Establish and implement quality assurance measures to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
• Provide support to HR teams on data transformation procedures.
