Scope:

• Assist with onboarding & offboarding process for employees
• Screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates
• Coordinate & support interview arrangements
• Maintain proper filing of HR records
• Ensure data accuracy when inputting personnel records in HR systems
• Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 -3 years of relevant HR Admin experiences
• Able to start on short notice and commit 6 months
• Team player
