6 Months Contract UAT Tester/Business Analyst (Bank) #BLM

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
• Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate the functionality of the core banking system. Document UAT results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts based on user requirements and FSD. Ensure test scripts cover all functional scenarios and edge cases.
• Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.

Job Requirements

• Min. 2-4 years of experience in UAT, preferably in banking or financial services sector
