Job Description & Requirements

• Managing and maintaining site automation systems
• Overseeing PLC programming, HMI design, system troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance activities
• Carrying out automation and control implementation activities for plant modifications, capital projects, and other plant improvement projects
• Providing specialist advice for troubleshooting / continuous improvement to processes and systems
• Giving inputs to the capital projects team and developing and implementing maintenance plans for newly installed equipment
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance measures are met to ensure inspection readiness of the plant and assisting the audit team in audits
• Planning and implementing a plant automation maintenance plan schedule and prompt resolution of breakdowns
• Practical experience with PLC (Siemens Tia portal / Schneider Fix32 / ABB 800 xa) and automation system maintenance in process plants
• Competent in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems
