Appointed the Market Brand Ambassador, to work closely with the team to positively influence retail excellence in terms of retail operations as well as in customer engagements. The team will build brand awareness in the market through field service management education programs and in co-creating and executing below the line activations for the trade channels. In doing so, the team of Brand Ambassadors will increase brand awareness and commercial returns.

Responsibilities:

1. Increase market share, brand visibility, and profitability (ROI) through upkeep of display presence and driving brand advocacy.
2. Provide and maintain the latest updates on changes in the retail market landscape - either in-store or around the areas covered.
3. Ensure timely deployment to stores and displays as per our store guidelines.
4. Provide minor rectification/touch-up if required.
5. Inventory check and stock management.
6. Market sensing by collating competitive data and price & promotions from shop staff and customers.
7. Conduct specific market surveys and collect consumer data for marketing programs.
8. Build good rapport with retailers to facilitate gathering device sales on a daily basis.
9. Be attentive to dealers' needs or requests and escalate issues immediately.
10. Ensure no gaps in product knowledge or marketing activities for floor sales staff (training includes live demos, sharing of tips, and highlighting plus points of devices).

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of working experience.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided.
3. Good written and spoken English.
4. Strong sense of responsibility.
5. Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, and negotiating ability.
