Location: Macpherson

Working Hours:
8.30am-5.00pm (Monday - Friday),
8.30 am-1.00pm (Saturday)
Work Week: 5.5 Days

Salary: $1700

Responsibilities:

1. Provide immediate response to client’s enquiries and concerns over the phone
2. Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaints, evaluating findings, and responding quickly to clients
3. Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff
4. Assess problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual
5. Pursue referenced test results to satisfy client needs and requests
6. Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
7. Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
