This position reports to the General Manager (Administration)
To handle all aspects of company's ISO standards and to provide administrative support
Job Description:
Assists superior in all aspects of Company's accredited standards' policies and procedures - ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22301, ISO37001 and ISO45001, Bizsafe, including but not limited to, updating and provision of information, issuance of applicable reports, providing training, assisting in both internal and external audits and liaising with customers/suppliers/internal departments for non-conformance issues.
Participates in all Warehouse Safety & Health Committee inspections, meetings and activities such as fire and chemical drills amongst others.
Prepares and consolidates statistical reports
Perform company's general administrative functions
Assist in all training-related matters
Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationeries, office equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), etc.
In-charge of office facilities management including operation related maintenance and contracts matters
Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting for timely payment to vendors
Assist in organising / coordinating company events and activities
Performs any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Previous experience in handling ISO/ Bizsafe preferred
