Job Description
Support job leveling exercises using established frameworks to ensure consistency across the organization.
Apply job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson) to assess job size and align roles with appropriate job grades.
Conduct compa-ratio analysis to assess individual salary positioning within the pay range and recommend adjustments where necessary.
Develop and maintain salary structures using salary range spreads, ensuring alignment to market data and internal equity.
Participate in market surveys and conduct regular benchmarking of compensation and benefits against peer organizations.
Analyze benchmark data and prepare recommendations for salary range revisions or policy updates.
Work with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure compensation practices align with company strategy and budget.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or Business Management from recognized universities.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within unionized companies. Past employment of at least 2 years in consultancy firms specializing in compensation and benefits will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations.
Highly proficient in Office Suites including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exhibit a strong sense of teamwork and a hands-on approach to resolution of matters.
Ability to work well and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
