As an HR Assistant, you will support HR professionals in managing employee records, recruiting new staff, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain employee data, ensure compliance with company policies, and help with payroll administration.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new employees, including orientation and training schedules.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns and helping with HR-related queries.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle HR documentation and assist with performance reviews or employee assessments.
Job Requirements:
- Advancement: You can move into specialized HR roles such as HR Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Training & Development Specialist.
