About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Engagement & Community Operations Executive to support digitalization efforts within the local community. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with merchants, seniors, and community partners, ensuring seamless execution of digital initiatives, and supporting the operational needs of a dynamic engagement team.
Employment Benefits and Entitlement
- Location: Islandwide (Not assigned to a specific GRC)
- Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday – Sunday)
- Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day (Mostly 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM; occasional events may require shifts from 2 PM – 10 PM, up to 44 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Community Digitalization & Engagement Support
- Establish and maintain relationships with merchants and community partners to drive digital adoption.
- Oversee Operations of the programme, ensuring service standards are upheld during engagement with
Operational & Logistical Coordination
- Assist in setting up and managing logistical requirements for community engagement hubs.
- Coordinate roving counters, pop-up events, learning journeys, and other outreach activities in collaboration with partners.
- Ensure all engagements and interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct monthly call-backs and survey interviews to assess program impact.
- Generate reports to track engagement numbers and team's performance.
Stakeholder & Program Support
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to facilitate collaborations with partners.
- Assist in volunteer management, stakeholder coordination, and training sessions.
- Support the development of publicity materials for engagement initiatives.
General & Ad-hoc Duties
- Assist in strengthening partnerships within the organization’s community network.
- Provide operational and administrative support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in leadership, business development, or community engagement roles.
- People Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and problem-solve effectively.
- Leadership & Adaptability: Capable of managing a team in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an interest in digital adoption initiatives.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and well-organized in planning and executing initiatives.
