We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Core Operations Manager - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Ops Sup Lead Analyst – C13) based in Singapore.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Effectively manage and provide oversight of high risk third party and Citi affiliate activities, ensuring effective risk management practices are in place for third-party relationships, adhering to Citi’s Third-Party Risk Management program.
• Manage and perform critical Core Ops Payment processes, ensuring all processes are executed in accordance with Citi policies and procedures, complying with statutory regulations and laws, and enhancing internal controls to reduce/control risks and improve operations standards.
• Partner with various teams including products, technology, control, and other support teams to deliver operational and business goals with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and control of delivering payment services. Lead industry payment-related projects.
• Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes, and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services.
• Handle all audits – internal and external.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with >15 years of relevant operational experience.
• Good understanding of managing large operations teams, complex franchise critical processes, and relevant controls.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and process improvement.
• Strategic thinking and proactive, with the ability to use initiative and devise creative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
