We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Operations Senior Recruiter- Hybrid (Internal Job Title:Recruiter Senior - C12) based in Singapore.
The Recruiter Senior is an intermediate position responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
In this role, you’re expected to:
- Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing and building diverse & inclusive strategies.
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Perform salary recommendations & execute offer process.
- Govern and ensure proper due diligence & relevant fit and proper checks are conducted.
- Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool.
- Leverage on data to make data driven recruitment decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to keep our hiring strategies competitive.
- Participate/ lead recruitment projects to continuously innovate and improve the way we hire.
- Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
- Source talent through social media channels and other networking activities.
- Coach, train new recruits, and assume informal/formal leadership roles within team.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 5-12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ability to creatively and resourcefully source, engage & pipeline top talents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills & strong in building relationships.
- Exceptional candidate management experience.
- Independent, resourceful and proactive to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing APAC recruitment advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
