2419 - Project Engineer [ Structure / building construction / Up to $3800 / Ubi ]

• Working Days: Mon -Sat, 8am - 6pm
• Location: Office at Ubi (Geylang / Bukit Timah)
• Salary: $3000 to $3800

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering
• Registered Engineer (RE) in BCA, PEB will be added advantage
• Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP)
• 3 years working experience in building construction

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the work is carried out safely, meeting the schedule, budget and quality requirements
• To manage and allocate manpower and resources required for the works
• To provide technical input for the preparation of work plans, schedules and work methodologies
• To closely liaise with the Client, Consultants, designers and other stakeholders
• To supervise and direct the work of project staff, sub-contractors and vendors
• To prepare technical write ups and reports as required
• To provide regular performance status reports on progress of works, cost forecast and safety status
• Assist project manager in daily tasks
