Position: Production Supervisor

Salary: SGD3,200 – SGD4,000

Working location: Mandai, North Singapore

Working days and hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm; Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Monitoring: Oversee the daily operations of the production line to ensure smooth processes and adherence to production schedules.
2. Team Management: Lead and guide the production team, allocate tasks, and ensure team members follow work processes and operational standards.
3. Quality Control: Inspect product quality during production processes to ensure it meets quality standards and address any quality issues.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of production equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
5. Safety Management: Ensure safety in the production area by implementing and monitoring safety procedures, addressing incidents and safety concerns.
6. Production Reporting: Record production data, prepare reports, analyze production performance, and propose improvements.
7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supplies for production needs.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Min 3 years in food manufacturing industry.
• Hire and train employees.
• Maintain the production schedule.
• Evaluate production efficiency.
• Determine the quality of goods before shipping.
• Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
• Well versed in English and Mandarin.
