2 Years Contract Ward Service Associate (Food Services) *WEST HOSPITAL* #HZT

Timing :
- Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
- 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm working hours
- Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Requirement:
- Have to work 1 weekend
- Able to work on PH

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to the patients.
2. Serve food and drinks to patients and clear them once patients have finished their meals.
3. Check food served against patient meal orders.
4. Assist in inventory management.
5. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide by health/sanitation regulations.
6. Assist nurses to meet patients' nutritional needs.
7. Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
