2 X English Preschool Teacher (Must have L2EL) - Up to $4,000 + Up to 3 Months Bonus

• Position : Preschool Teacher (English/Must Possess L2EL) - Up To $4,000 + Up to 3 Months Bonus
• Location : East - Loyang
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 7am to 4pm or 9.30am to 7pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + up to 3 Months Performance Bonus + 14 Annual Leaves + Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits & Coverage Up to $600 per year

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver class programme in accordance with centre’s policies and curriculum framework.
• Set up an engaging learning environment that stimulates children’s interest in inquiry and learning.
• Continuous documentation of children’s learning with an aim to providing periodic parent updates and the preparation of a developmental portfolio and learning progress report for each child.
• Oversee all aspects of classroom management in ensuring the safety of children.
• Work closely with other teaching staff and support each other as a team when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster close home-school partnership.

Requirements:

• Possess Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency L2 LON qualification.
• High levels of patience and passion for children and do not view them merely as chores.
• High levels of emotional intelligence, adept in relationship management with peers and parents.
