Job Description:

• Assist the Project Manager with on-site technical and engineering issues and authority submissions.
• Prepare shop drawings, material submissions, monthly progress claims, and project management reports.
• Lead site coordination and execution for the construction project.
• Plan micro-scheduling with other trades in relation to the master program.
• Update progress on structural, architectural, and M&E aspects using scheduling tools.
• Supervise projects to ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and contractual specifications.
• Ensure supervisors and foremen meet client regulatory requirements.
• Check compliance with the TOP checklist.
• Oversee all inspection activities.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health practices at all times.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by PE Board / BCA.
• Min. 3 years of Building Engineering Projects working experiences.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and BIM.
