Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with relevant departments to map out requirements and develop a Manpower Planning Tool that taps on various data sources and planning parameters to optimize manpower establishment.
Explore the feasibility of scaling institution manpower planning templates across all job groups.
Engage with various stakeholders to gain an understanding of operational planning to drive and influence tool adoption.
Work closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to familiarize yourself with long-range planning to support the cluster’s expansionary demands.
Familiarize yourself with the yearly manpower budgeting process and work closely with the team lead to use the manpower planning tool as part of the annual budgeting process.
Establish performance indicators, measure and achieve desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above – Major in a quantitative discipline, i.e., Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR function with manpower planning experience is preferred.
