1. Bank A

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm (OT payable after 6.15pm)
Have to rotate both Tampines and Raffles Place branch
1 month completion bonus

• Min. O levels
• Min. 6 months experience in banking admin or 2 years of normal admin experience
• Very fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task
• Includes Doc Prep, Batching, Sorting, Scanning, indexing
• Will have calls from bank officer to expedite some cases
• Good creditworthiness record, with no history of bankruptcy, credit card defaults, or negative financial records.
• Singaporeans only

2. Bank B

Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm (OT payable after 6.30pm)
1 month completion bonus

• Min N levels
• Min. 6 months experience in banking admin or 2 years of normal admin experience
• Very fast paced environment and must be able to multi-task
• Includes Doc Prep, Batching, Sorting, Scanning, indexing
• Will have calls from bank officer to expedite some cases

Job Scope:

• Sorting of documents, data entry, data extraction of documents
• Scanning, filing, indexing and quality checking
• And other ad hoc duties as assigned
