Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements.
Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List.
Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker.
Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit.
Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods by the end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request.
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation.
Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy, and SOPs.
Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs.
Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
Highlight, feedback, or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting.
Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
At least 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field.
