Warehouse Assistant Supervisor (Forklift License / Up to $3200)

• Salary: $2500 - $3200
• Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:

1. Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
2. Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
3. Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.
4. Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.
5. Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List.
6. Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
7. Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications.
8. Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements.
9. Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List.
10. Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker.
11. Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit.
12. Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods by the end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request.
13. Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation.
14. Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
15. Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy, and SOPs.
16. Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs.
17. Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
18. Highlight, feedback, or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting.
19. Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field.
3. Possess Forklift License.
