Role:
M&E Coordinator (Construction)
- Location: Singapore Based (Changi Naval, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
- Contract Duration: Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday full day)
- Salary: $3000 to $4000 (depends on experience)
- Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, recognized by BCA; quantity surveying skills are a plus.
- Experience: Experience in a marine construction company is favorable; proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Job Scope:
- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored (MOS, ITP, RA, safe work procedures).
- Assist manager in preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
- Communicate with contractors to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Able to coordinate site work within trade contractors.
- Able to assist in preparing SD (coordinated shop drawing) of M&E trades.
- Able to produce a 2-week Look Ahead program or schedule.
- Able to conduct or lead site walks and presentations.
- Able to identify deviations of work within M&E work scopes.
- Able to prepare, conduct inspections, and track progress.
- Able to conduct morning Tool Box meetings.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
