CCTV & Security Supervisor (Construction)

• Project contract based (start from 29 Jan, estimated 27 months until project completion)
• Work Location: Changi Naval Base
• Project Office at (Lavender area)
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat Full Day
• Salary: $1600 to $3000

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized by universities under the BCA with at least 2 years of working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems is a must.

Job Scope

1. Supervise building CCTV & security system.
2. Ensure compliance with CCTV Code & Security requirements.
3. Conduct daily checks on installation works.
4. Conduct coordination work with other trades.
5. Assure compliance with the code of practice.
6. Understand CCTV & security system operation & function.
7. Prepare & submit permit to work applications.
8. Ensure proper documentation is in order.
9. Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security systems.
10. Ensure that works carried out are following the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
